Sullivan Tire & Auto Service is hiring a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers with tire and auto service needs. You will greet customers, assess their needs, schedule appointments, and provide product information while maintaining a friendly, positive environment.

Experience in a retail setting with strong phone skills and a proven sales track record in the automotive industry is highly valued; dependability and basic transportation are expected to support

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, fulfill needs, and build a loyal customer base.

• Provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a retail environment

• Understanding the tire and auto service industry is a plus
