Andy Mohr Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and clearly report symptoms as described by customers. The role involves determining maintenance needs based on vehicle history, preparing cost estimates for labor and parts, and monitoring progress with frequent customer updates.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a Service Advisor role, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Formación

• Preferred at least a year of experience in a Service Advisory role.
• Positive attitude.
• High volume mentality.
• CSI focused.
• Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive knowledge: 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.

Service Advisor responsibilities
