Job summary

Rosen Hyundai Greenfield is seeking skilled Service Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to dealership standards. You will perform warranty and in-house repairs, communicate with service advisors, and ensure timely completion of diagnostic work while maintaining high customer service levels.

Eligible applicants have ASE certification, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service technician experience required.
• ASE Certification required.
• A-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to learn new tech and operate diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on repair orders with efficiency per dealership policies.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, etc.).
• Communicate with Service Advisor to inform customers of needed services.
• Provide time estimates for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer warranty specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required
• ASE Certification required
• A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
