Job summary

JF Petroleum Group seeks a Service Administrator in San Antonio, TX to support the Regional Service Director and Service Manager with daily administrative duties, data analytics, software reporting, time card processing, attendance tracking, and customer interfacing.

You will schedule vac and calibration trucks, manage DSS work orders, coordinate communications with Service Managers and Field Technicians, assist dispatching, track DOT/BUSTR requirements, and monitor parts requests to improve

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years administrative experience required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of vac trucks and ensure paperwork meets local regulations.
• Scheduling of calibration trucks and ensure paperwork meets W&M authority requirements.
• Act as liaison for DSS and manage related work orders before invoicing.
• Communicate updates to Service Managers and Field Technicians.
• Assist with dispatching and technician scheduling and certifications.
• Track DOT/BUSTR requirements and monitor parts requests to improve first-time fix rates.
