  • Process Improvement: Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions that are sustained over time. Drive process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and mentor quality control staff and inspection personnel, providing training and support to enable their growth and development.
  • Customer and Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues promptly and ensure compliance with quality control procedures and government regulations.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain quality metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor the health of the Quality Management System, communicating results regularly to management.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to support supplier audits or customer engagements.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
