Job summary

Titan Machinery in Omaha, Nebraska, is seeking a Service Administrator to manage service documentation, coordinate workflow, and uphold high standards of customer service within the service department.

In this role you will handle work orders, warranty tracking, and customer follow-ups while supporting efficient store operations and contributing to Titan's reputation as a trusted partner in the community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience or equivalent education/training.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Required:

• Have 1+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
• Computer-proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional Documentation and Communication Abilities
