Summary:
The Service Administration Assistant (SAA) / Dispatch Specialist works as part of the Service Administration team out of our Rolling Meadows, IL office. The SAA serves as a cross-process support between customers, service administration, and regional technical manager, overseeing service calls.

The starting salary range for this position is $24/hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation for this position also includes a bonus. Benefits include access to health, life, and disability insurances partially paid by the employer, paid time off, a 401(K) match, and future profit-share type earnings.
