Bish’s RV is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Service Admin to join our team in Lincoln. You will deliver excellent customer support, follow up with customers, perform data entry, and coordinate deliveries while handling a range of administrative tasks.

You’ll use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel to maintain records, organize files, and ensure accurate technician documentation. The ideal candidate communicates well, works independently or with a team, and is comfortable on

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Available to work Saturdays; Sundays off.
• Proficient with data entry and multiple office systems.
• Comfortable using multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and in-person updates.
• Enter and translate technician notes into the service database.
• Organize physical files and upload documents to the system.
• Collect, review, and organize documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and trailer readiness.
• Handle multi-line phone system professionally.
• Manage documentation in DealerTrack, eVision, Excel/Teams.

Description

We are looking for a friendly and detail-focused individual to join our team at Bish's RV as a Service Admin. This role involves delivering excellent customer support, following up with customers, data entry, coordinating deliveries, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Objectives

• Ensure smooth administrative operations across service and sales teams
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and maintain up-to-date records

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation
