Bish’s RV is seeking a friendly Service Admin in Longview, TX to support service and sales teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and delivery coordination.

You will maintain records, ensure accurate documentation, and provide timely, professional communication to customers. This role requires weekend availability and the ability to work with multiple systems and teams in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines and channels.
• Accurate data entry and meticulous record keeping.
• Willingness to pass a background and drug test.
• Availability to work Saturdays, with Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into the Service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos/docs to the system.
• Collect, review, and organize documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage calls professionally.
• Use DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel to manage documentation.

Job description

We are looking for a friendly and detail-focused individual to join our team at Bish RV as a Service Admin. This role involves delivering excellent customer support, following up with customers, data entry, coordinating deliveries, and handling administrative tasks.

Key Objectives

• Ensure smooth administrative operations across service and sales teams
• Provide timely, professional communication to customers
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and maintain up-to-date records

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation
