Red Robin is hiring a Server in Phoenix, AZ. You will take orders with handheld tech, serve food and drinks promptly, and create a fun dining experience for Guests. This role is part of the Front of House team with earnings that include tips in addition to base pay. Must be 18 or older.

Base pay is $12.15 per hour plus tips; additional compensation is possible through tips and bonuses. Flexible schedules and restaurant discounts are among the benefits offered by Red Robin.

Server Pay Rate

$12.15 + Tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Job Responsibilities

Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Server: You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Must be 18 or older.
