Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Server to take orders with handheld devices, deliver meals and drinks, and ensure guests have a fun, satisfying dining experience. This role is part of the Front of House team, with emphasis on service excellence and friendly, energetic interaction.

Base pay is hourly with tips, and earnings can be enhanced by customer tips throughout shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Server Pay Rate

$12.15 + Tips. Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Job Responsibilities

Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Server: You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Must be 18 or older.
