Job summary

Red Robin in Fayetteville, AR is looking for a server to take orders with handheld devices, deliver meals promptly, and provide a fun dining experience. You’ll be part of our Front of House team where great customer service and accuracy are essential.

Server Pay Rate

$2.63 + Tips Red Robin servers also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, as well as delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must.

Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above. Other Types of Compensation: Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year). Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
