Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Host who creates a warm, first-class welcome for every guest. You will escort Guests to tables, manage seating flow, and handle reservations with a wait list when needed as part of the Front of House team.

Host Range: $12.20 - $14.72

Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Host: You will be responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting Guests to tables. You will also take reservations with a wait list when necessary. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. Must be 17 or older.

• Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.
• Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
• Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
• Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
