Red Robin invites you to join our team as a host, where you will create a great first impression with a friendly demeanor and escort Guests to tables. You will manage reservations and wait lists, as part of the Front of House team, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Host Range: $10.00 - $12.07

Host: You will be responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting Guests to tables. You will also take reservations with a wait list when necessary. This role is a part of the Front of House service team so, great customer service skills are a must. Must be 17 or older.

• Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above.
• Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
• Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+).
• Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
• Paid Time Off: 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
