Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, is seeking a winter seasonal server to join our fine dining team. You will perform service at designated outlets and deliver guests an exceptional dining experience.

The role requires standing for long periods and prior serving experience. We offer employee parking, chef‑prepared meals, and ski/snowboard benefits at nearby resorts, with flexible schedules to fit your winter commitments.

Job Overview

Stein Eriksen Lodge is an authentic European lodge at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Named after Norwegian Olympic Gold Medal skier Stein Eriksen, the Lodge is a premiere year‑round destination.

Server (Winter Seasonal)

The server performs fine‑dining service points in any food and beverage outlet to which they are assigned and offers service to guests dining at the resort.

Essential Functions

• Set up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely, thorough and consistent manner.
• Maintain all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service.
• Display knowledge of menu items and products offered, as well as specific lodge and local information.
• Clean up, break down and re‑set work stations and dining rooms performed thoroughly and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Previous serving experience required.
