Job Summary

Provide friendly and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Each server’s primary objective is to embody that brunch life and give our guests a little lagniappe to create those raving Ruby fans.

Qualifications

• Believe that butter and bacon make everything better.
• Communicate and understand English, the predominant language of our guests.
• Have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point‑of‑sale system.
• Work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20–25 lbs.
