Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking friendly servers to deliver an exceptional brunch experience in our New Orleans-inspired concepts. You will greet guests, take orders, run food and drinks, and help craft memorable moments in a fast-paced environment.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to handle busy periods. The role offers day-time hours with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly and responsive service to guests.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25lbs

Born from a small restaurant in New Orleans’ Mid-City neighborhood, Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group has grown to operate two brands with over 20 restaurants throughout the Southeast (and still growing!). Job Summary

What does it take to be a Ruby Krewe Member?

• A firm belief that butter and bacon make everything better!
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
• Possess basic math skills and can responsibly handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25lbs
