Job summary

Our team in Maine is seeking friendly servers/waitstaff to join our culinary family. The role supports senior living residents with tasty meals and warm service alongside the Culinary Director. Previous service experience is helpful, but we will train dedicated candidates.

You’ll help present dishes, explain menus, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment while delivering memorable hospitality with a smile.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or food service experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Friendly and approachable to welcome guests.
• Positive under busy conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Check dishes for presentation before residents receive them.
• Talk to residents about the daily menu and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean kitchen and dining areas and follow safety rules.
• Clearly communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Reset the dining room after meals and keep it inviting.
