Job summary

Server and Waitstaff role in a Senior Living setting seeks friendly team members to deliver great service and meals. You will work closely with the Culinary Director to ensure dishes travel smoothly from kitchen to table, contributing to memorable dining experiences for residents.

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with benefits aimed at growth and happiness for team members. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or customer service preferred; training provided.
• Be friendly and approachable to welcome guests.
• Stay positive and upbeat when busy.
• Be patient and understanding with customers.
• Notice when cleaning is needed to keep the dining area tidy and safe.

Responsibilities

• Check that dishes look perfect before serving to residents.
• Talk to residents, share the daily menu, and ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow food-safety rules.
• Communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen.
• Reset the dining room after each meal and maintain a welcoming appearance.

Server / Waitstaff Job Summary

Your job as a Server / Waitstaff is key in making sure our residents enjoy great service and delicious meals. Working closely with our Culinary Director, you'll help make sure tasty dishes get smoothly from the kitchen to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Check that dishes look perfect before giving them to residents.
• Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and make sure they're happy.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe.
• Tell the kitchen about any special requests clearly.
• After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks.

Qualifications:

• It's cool if you've worked in a restaurant or with customers before, but we'll teach you if you're excited to learn.
• Be friendly and easy to approach to make guests feel welcome.
• Stay positive, especially when it's busy, to keep things happy.
• Be patient and understanding when customers have requests or concerns.
