Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living in Maine is seeking a Resident Dining Server to provide friendly, attentive table service and help create a welcoming dining atmosphere for residents.

You will prepare and maintain the dining room, assist with meals, and help with deliveries and storage while upholding sanitation standards. You will work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service and a warm, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Proof of immunization: MMR, Varicella, and Influenza.
• Strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests and provide friendly, attentive table service.
• Prepare and maintain the dining room so it is clean, organized, and ready for each meal.
• Assist residents with their dining needs while providing respectful and courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area.
• Organize and file resident meal tickets for submission to the billing department.
• Assist with receiving food deliveries and properly storing food and supplies.
• Help monitor food inventory and keep storage areas organized.
• Complete dishwashing and other dining-area support duties as needed.
• Work closely with coworkers to keep meal service organized and running smoothly.
• Contribute to a positive dining atmosphere where residents feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
