Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking friendly servers to ensure superb dining experiences for residents. You will take orders, serve meals, and help with event setup, learning procedures through hands-on training.

No previous experience required; paid training is provided. This role emphasizes teamwork, resident relations, and maintaining a clean dining environment while supporting a welcoming community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and events.
• Foster teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Server
