Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring servers to help residents enjoy dining in a friendly, supportive environment. No experience is required and you’ll receive on-the-job training with paid training opportunities.

This role includes providing excellent service and contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, taking dining orders, reviewing menus with residents, assisting with meal preparation and cleanup, and maintaining a clean dining area

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
