Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Plano, TX is seeking a Server to join our dining team and help residents enjoy meals in a warm, supportive environment.

No experience is required; on-the-job training is paid, and you will learn to deliver outstanding service, set and clear tables, and work as part of a collaborative dining team that cares for residents and their comfort.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take dining orders, and provide high-level customer service.
• Review menus with residents and orient new residents to dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of meals, banquets and events.
• Foster teamwork and positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
• Clean and sanitize dining room surfaces and equipment.

What You Will Do As a Server

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
