Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Longmont, CO is hiring servers to deliver friendly dining service for our residents. You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, and help with meal prep, delivery, and cleanup as part of a teamwork-driven dining program.

No experience is required; we offer on-the-job training, paid holidays, PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. This role emphasizes a compassionate, resident-focused approach and positive relationships with colleagues and residents.

• Must be able to work with residents and maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
