Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring servers in Massachusetts. No prior experience is required, and on‑the‑job training is provided with paid training time. Employees receive extensive benefits and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

As a server, you will set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders, review menus with residents, and assist with meals, banquets, and events. You will work to foster teamwork and positive relationships with residents while maintaining a clean

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
