Job description
Country Barbecue Market is seeking experienced servers to join our team! Hill Country is a tribute to the traditional Central Texas barbecue experience, Southern hospitality, and the artistry of Downtown Austin. We serve freshly smoked meats every day, along with a rotating menu of seasonal sides and specials.
We are looking for servers with at least 2 years of experience. Experience with Aloha POS, serving barbecue, and working with large groups is a plus!
- Serve guests with respect, kindness, and punctuality
- Guide guests through our menu and cuisine
- Upsell specials, cocktails, and add-ons
- Close out checks accurately
- Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and managers
