Job summary

Responsibilities include upselling, handling payments, and collaborating with kitchen and front‑house staff. A RAMP certification is required within 30 days of hire to ensure compliant alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current food & drink menu, chef specials, 86’ed items.
• Delivering food and drinks, fulfilling customer needs, upselling and communicating orders to the kitchen.
• Preparing final bill, handling payments and processing at the point of sale.
• Performing side work and daily beautifications.
• Following uniform policy and standards.
• Knowledge of carding procedure for alcohol; RAMP certification within 30 days of hire.
• Be ready to help other staff members; teamwork encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Know the current menu and specials and communicate effectively to guests.
• Deliver orders promptly, fulfill guest needs, upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare checks and process payments accurately.
• Maintain station cleanliness and complete side work.

Job Overview:

The purpose of this position is to interact with guests and create a great experience with MIlford Hospitality Group. Servers are responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Servers are expected to be attentive to the guests' needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable & relaxed at all times. “Every guest is your next guest”

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Knowledge of current food & drink menu, chef specials, 86’ed items, ect.
• Maintaining a proper dining experience. Delivering food/drink, fulfilling customer needs, suggestive selling, upselling and communicating orders to the kitchen.
• Preparing final bill, bringing in your own bank, processing payments
• Performing side work and daily beautifications
• Strictly following our uniform policy as described above
• Knowledge of the correct carding procedure for alcohol consumption/purchasing (RAMP certification required within 30 days of hire)
• Be ready and willing to help other staff members as needed, TEAMWORK
