LCB Senior Living is hiring Servers at The Residence at Cedar Dell. This is a role focused on customer service and dining operations in a senior living community.

Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
- Coordinate with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to ensure resident satisfaction with food and dining programs.
- Set tables in accordance with LCB standards.
- Serve beverages to residents and guests as requested.
- Review daily menu with residents and take/deliver accurate meal orders.
- Clear used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed.
- Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
- Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
- Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
- Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, dining options, and hours when applicable.
- Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment.
- Communicate resident likes and dislikes to the food service director and/or dining room manager for menu planning and satisfaction.
- Foster a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among staff.
- Attend pre-meal stand-up for dining and kitchen staff.

- Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Education
Less than High School education.
Physical Demands
- Finger and hand dexterity to handle instruments and equipment.
- Visual and auditory acuity.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 15–25 lbs and carry objects.
- Must be able to push/pull carts, and continuously walk, sit, and stand.
- Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend, and reach as tasks dictate.
- Must use good body mechanics and be able to type and use a computer.
