LCB Senior Living at The Residence at Voorhees, NJ is seeking a part-time Server to provide a high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining setting for residents.

• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs, special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining equipment.
• Communicate resident preferences to the food service director for menu planning.
• Work closely with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up meetings with dining and kitchen staff.
• Acquaint new residents with menus, seating, and dining options and hours.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff.

About the Role
