LCB Senior Living is hiring Servers at The Residence at Charles Meadow located in Millis, MA.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM. Position is full‑time or part‑time (24–29hours).
Hourly Wage: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant‑style dining atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Services Director and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
- Set tables in accordance with LCB standards.
- Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
- Review the daily menu with residents.
- Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests.
- Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, and linen from the dining room as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
- Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
- On applicable occasions acquaint new residents with menus, seating, dining options, and hours.
- Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
- Communicate resident likes and dislikes to the food service director and/or dining room manager for menu planning and resident satisfaction.
- Create a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation among all staff.
- Attend pre‑meal stand‑up meetings held for all dining and kitchen staff.

Education & Physical Demands
- Education: Less than a high school diploma.
- Physical demands: Finger and hand dexterity to manipulate instruments and equipment; visual and auditory acuity; ability to lift a minimum of 15–25 lbs.; must be able to push and pull carts, continuously walk, sit, and stand; must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below the waist, and reach above shoulder height as tasks dictate; use good body mechanics; must be able to type and use a computer.
