Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring a Server - Takeout/To Go Specialist in Wisconsin. You will take, package, label, bag and deliver takeout orders, guiding guests through the menu while ensuring hospitality and safety standards.

Training is provided; candidates must be 18+, have aFood Handler’s Card where required, and be able to handle 30 lb items. Flexible shifts and team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable, or must be able to obtain card.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.

Hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly Server - Takeout or To Go Specialist.

Job Summary:

As a Server - Takeout, you will ensure guests’ needs are met courteously and promptly, creating an exceptional takeout or curbside experience. Your duties will include taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, and processing orders, as well as delivering orders to guests for curbside pickup.
