Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Springfield, IL, is hiring servers to join the front-of-house team. You will greet Guests, take orders, deliver meals and drinks, and process payments in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualified candidates should be at least 21 years old with alcohol-service certifications. Prior server or customer service experience is preferred, and strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Salary Range: $4.35 - $18.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Knowledge of RAS (responsible alcohol service) procedures as defined by both federal and state laws, and also BWW policies and guidelines


• Work closely with your team to keep the dining room running smoothly

• Superior customer service and hospitality skills


• Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures


• Knowledge of BWW food and beverage menu and ability to make suggestions to Guests and up-sell


• Knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and up-coming events to inform Guests

Required

• Minimum 21 years of age
