Job summary

The Butcher's Table in Seattle's Gold Dust Room is seeking a part-time Server to deliver memorable guest experiences in an elevated setting.

You will provide refined table service, assist with wine and cocktail presentation, and help coordinate events with a professional, hospitality-first approach. Requirements include 2–3 years in fine dining or banquet service, WA Food Handler’s and MAST permits; bartending is a plus. Starts at $21.30/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of fine dining or banquet service experience.
• Bartending experience is a plus.

• Professional demeanor, communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job description

The Butcher's Table is currently seeking an outgoing, experienced part-time Server who can provide a memorable experience to customers. This role is central to creating exceptional guest experiences in The Gold Dust Room, our signature private event space known for its refined ambiance, premium menus, and warm hospitality. This position is part-time and starting hourly rate of $21.30 plus tips. Scheduled hours may vary based on business needs and seasonality.

Job Requirements
