Great restaurant memories come from many places. The sights, sounds, scents and, importantly, service. As a Restaurant Server, you’ll welcome our guests, recommend food and drink, and help keep service on-track and up to standard. By tailoring each guest’s experience to their unique tastes, you’ll create memories as delightful as the dishes.
Key Accountabilities
- Make each meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the taste buds. With your own signature flare, you’ll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guest.
- Own your responsibilities – keep track of supplies and equipment, and minimize waste.
- Report any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents to your supervisor or duty manager.
- Create a safe environment by following safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, meeting or exceeding local laws.
- Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties when needed.
- Enhance guest experience by addressing queries and providing advice.
- Wear your uniform with pride.
- Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.
Key Skills & Experiences
- Physical strength – ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg), involving bending and kneeling.
- Literacy – good reading, writing, and basic math skills.
- Flexibility – willingness to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Compliance – adherence to local laws on food handling and alcohol service, and fluency in the local language.
- Articulate communication – warm, welcoming, and approachable demeanor.
