Responsibilities

• Maintain a calm demeanor during busy periods or unusual events
• Make decisions and solve problems to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Monitor the operation of the F&B outlet and assist in resolving guest issues
• Keep the workspace clean and organized
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance
• Engage with guests to discover and respond to their needs through clear communication
