Summary

The Server is responsible for providing exceptional table service in an Asian cuisine restaurant environment. This role ensures that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering accurate orders, knowledgeable menu guidance, and attentive service, while maintaining the restaurant's high standards of presentation and hospitality.

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Provide menu recommendations and explain specialty dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation and portioning. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to questions, concerns, or special requests. Prepare tables for service, including arranging place settings, utensils, and condiments according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Assist in training new servers as needed.
