Job summary

PENN Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Server to provide exceptional table service in an Asian cuisine setting. You will take orders, guide menus, and maintain hospitality standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The role requires flexible hours, prior dining experience, and knowledge of POS systems. Starting salary is $9.00 per hour plus tips with benefits such as day-one medical coverage and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous full service-dining or Asian cuisine service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service in an Asian cuisine restaurant.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations and explain specialty dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, with correct presentation and portioning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to questions, concerns, or special requests.
• Prepare tables for service and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in training new servers as needed.
