Servers must be able to lift 15-30 lbs, handle cash transactions, stand for the entire shift, and keep pace with guests from casual lunches to busy Saturday nights. Work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will depend on shift availability and management discretion. The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% of net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
