Job Title: Server (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

1. Connect with guests and anticipate their needs to ensure a unique dining experience.
2. Maintain great communication skills and work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
3. Handle cash transactions accurately.
4. Stand for the duration of the shift and lift 15-30 lbs as needed.
5. Manage pace from casual lunches to busy Saturday nights.
6. Participate in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% of net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
