We are hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with our guests; meeting and even anticipating their needs to provide a one of a kind dining experience that keeps them coming back!

Servers must be able to lift 15-30 lbs, handle cash transactions, stand for the duration of the shift, and keep pace with our guests from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will depend on shift availability and management discretion. The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
