Servers must be able to lift 15-30 lbs, handle cash transactions, stand for the duration of the shift, and keep pace with guests during busy times, from casual lunches to packed Saturday nights. Work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will depend on shift availability and management discretion. Participation in a mandatory tip pooling arrangement of 3% of net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees is required.
