Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Server in Boston for part-time work in clubs, suites or in-seat environments. You will deliver exceptional guest service, serve a range of beverages and foods, and collaborate with stadium teams to ensure smooth operations.

Applicants should be 18+, capable of working nights, weekends and holidays, with 2–3 years in a similar setting and a high school diploma or equivalent. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and long shifts in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, speak and write English.
• 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Able to lift 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work all events, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail to exceed expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Clear/clean tables and run food; assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications •All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. •Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. •Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. •Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting. •Must be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guests. •Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. •Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. •Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time •Must have two(2) to three(3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant High school diploma or equivalent.
