Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is looking for a Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include interacting with guests, serving a variety of food and beverages, and supporting fellow associates in Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat settings.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or club, must be at least 18 years old, and be able to communicate in English. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred.

The position offers a pay rate of $10.00 per hour plus tips.

Job description

Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceed expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
• Support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
• Have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented setting.
• Read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.
• Lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Have 2 to 3 years working in a fast paced high-end club or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Pay rate: $10.00 per hour plus tips.

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
