CIVANA Wellness Resort & Spa in Carefree, AZ is seeking a Part-Time PM Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences across the restaurant and resort. You will curate guest interactions, coordinate with the kitchen, and engage guests with menu recommendations while maintaining service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of server experience, a valid Food Handlers Card, and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a Server in a resort or hotel.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Current Food Handlers Card required.

Responsabilités

• Provide a dining experience in the restaurant and throughout the resort when warranted.
• Curate the guest experience and act as conduit between guest and kitchen.
• Monitor POS station and communicate with customers on menu recommendations and accommodations.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Part Time position for the PM Shift (4pm-11pm).

As a Restaurant Server You Will Be Responsible For

• Providing a dining experience in the restaurant and throughout the resort when warranted.
• Curating the guest experience and is the conduit between the guest, the kitchen.
• You will be monitoring POS station and communicate with customers on menu recommendations, accommodations and knowledge.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience as Server
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Current Food Handlers Card required
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
