Job summary

The Laylow, Autograph Collection Hotel in Honolulu seeks an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Server to welcome guests in our Waikiki dining spaces. You will record orders, deliver meals and drinks, and ensure a smooth, friendly dining experience that reflects Hawaiian hospitality.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage allergens, and skilled at building rapport with guests. The role offers full-time hours in a tropical resort setting with benefits and opportunities within Makeready

Requested Tasks

• Record guests’ orders; have a keen eye for detail for allergens, special requests and noted information
• Through understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu options; able to adeptly make recommendations to guests
• Understanding of Kitchen timing; ability to stay organized and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays
