The Laylow, Autograph Collection Hotel in Waikiki, Honolulu, is seeking a friendly food runner to join our hospitality team. You will transport dishes, support the kitchen and front of house, and ensure guests receive accurate, timely service.

A food runner is integral to the success of the restaurant. This person works hand in hand with both the kitchen and the front of the house, delivering dishes to the correct tables and guests. This individual takes direction very well and has a thorough knowledge of the menu, enabling them to accurately answer questions that may arise when delivering food.

Requested Tasks

• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately


• Uphold sanitation and food safety standards


• Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash


• Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
