Job summary

Salt Lake City Marriott University Park is seeking a guest-focused team member for an evening shift in a busy hotel setting near the University of Utah. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and help guests with menu selections, wines, and daily specials.

The role requires prior guest service experience, the ability to handle cash, and a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Days/Evenings/Weekends and/or Holidays.
• Shift usually consists of 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing, writing, typing.
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
• Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol.
• Must possess unexpired or obtain a Utah food handlers permit within 14 days of employment.
