Job summary

Jabil Austin is seeking a Server Platform Intern to contribute to end-to-end server and rack-level solutions across multiple customers. You will join the Enterprise and Infrastructure division and work on application, storage, and networking performance within a collaborative team.

The role involves system assembly, validation, and debugging of server platforms, plus firmware, BIOS, and BMC update management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Systems/Software/Hardware Engineering.
• GPA 3.0+; relevant coursework preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor for systems engineering focusing on application, storage, and networking performance.
• Perform system assembly, validation, and debug of server platforms for customer samples.
• Participate in maintenance release activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer samples and data analysis.
• Design and develop customer sample systems and plan transition to production.
• Provide onsite and ongoing customer support and guidance.
• Manage firmware, BIOS, and BMC updates.
