Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking an attentive restaurant server to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will take guest menu selections, present dishes and beverage options, and build menu knowledge to offer informed recommendations with a warm, personalized approach.

The role requires stamina to stand for long periods, excellent verbal communication, and open availability, including weekends and holidays. AZ Food Handlers license is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tiki Taka is a PM outlet.
• Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge, give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine, and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in elevated conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.
