Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Avery Point campus seeks an entry-level server to join our dining team. Be 18+ with no experience required; we offer flexible hours, school-friendly shifts, and a supportive workplace where most servers are out by 9:00pm.

You'll learn menu items, engage residents and guests, record orders precisely, and deliver a high-quality dining experience. We provide free meals during shifts, scholarship opportunities, and onsite medical centers as part of a values-driven culture.

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert.

• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.

Location: Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation: $14/hr - $15/hr, based on experience

No late nights: most servers are out by 9:00pm
